Cut white mushrooms into thin sleek pieces

Soak Rice, drain water

Put it in a pressure cooker or any pan (don’t forget to cover the lid)

Add Maggie masala cube or salt as per taste

Boil mushrooms separately

Put it inside the rice, mix it slowly
(Don’t put too many mushrooms, keep it limited)

Cover the lid, heat it in dim flame

Put it in a serving bowl

Aromatic mushroom rice is ready.
