Easy Recipe – Masala Pav

  • Chop 3 onions
  • Chop 3 Tomatoes
  • Chop two Green Chilies
  • Put two teaspoon of oil or a thick slice of butter in a pan
  • Put onion first, cook it until it is brown
  • Then put Tomatoes and Chilies
  • Keep pressing the tomatoes using a spatula until it turns into a thick gravy
  • Put two teaspoon of salt
  • Once properly cooked into a thick gravy, put the gravy inside Pav Bread
  • Put some gravy at the top of the bread, provided you don’t want to have messy hands.
  • Sprinkle finely chopped raw onions on the top
  • Sprinkle finally chopped coriander
  • Serve it or eat it
