
- Put four sliced onions, six sliced tomatoes, small fragment of ginger, ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon, two segments of cardamom in a pan.
- Pour water and bring it to the boil for 10-15 minutes.
- Let it cool.
- Put the mixture in a grinder and mince it into a thick liquid.
- Put the mixture into a fry pan.
- Slice paneer into small pieces and put it into the mixture
- Put salt, red chili powder, green chilli and add water as per consistency
- Put pich of sugar
- Cook it for 5 minutes in low fire.
- Serve it a dinner bowl, embellish it with coriander.
