Easy Recipe – Shahi Panner without oil

  1. Put four sliced onions, six sliced tomatoes, small fragment of ginger, ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon, two segments of cardamom in a pan.
  2. Pour water and bring it to the boil for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Let it cool.
  4. Put the mixture in a grinder and mince it into a thick liquid.
  5. Put the mixture into a fry pan.
  6. Slice paneer into small pieces and put it into the mixture
  7. Put salt, red chili powder, green chilli and add water as per consistency
  8. Put pich of sugar
  9. Cook it for 5 minutes in low fire.
  10. Serve it a dinner bowl, embellish it with coriander.
